cont.-- Education itself pays in form of money as much as money you pay your child is guided in that way. But this rule is very bad. Education should not be counted with money. People should earn money to keep their family members safe but education is one of the most important landmark sign which remains for ever. In school different facilities should be available in studies in games in computers in technology and many more. In colleges campus facilities, start-ups innovation, ideas and suggestion should be brought up by the youth of colleges for further development for the district, state and central in the field of education. Education, is a word in which all the vowels reflects that is a, e, i, o, u, than why not care for future generation properly. cont.-- please don't say the fault of their problems, because they fear that their father or mother may slap them, continuously for a time being. But this is not a solution for a child in the field of education. Education is the gift of GOD, school and colleges are the place of worship this education and teachers and professors are second GOD on this earth after each parents of their child. Education is as easy as Love. When some one love to some one he or she never forget for a longer period of time. Same in the case of Education. Education towards politeness, responsibilities, discipline and many more make the child grow from inner which makes the child to develop for better future concerns. Education in schools and colleges should be brought up in such a way that a poor class people, backward class people, middle class people, high class people and many more can teach their child in Government schools or private schools in Low cost price. But in todays generation we are seeing that

India’s higher educational institutions especially the Engineering institutions should be transformed to suit our needs. We have copied the course structure of US Universities and experience of those in field reveals that many things are redundant. For example, Civil Engineering Course should be made more practical oriented by including principles of Contract Managment. Another example, Water chemistry should be taught more intensively so that a young civil Engineer can tackle problem of water quality head on

In INDIA what is the most important parameters where every family speaks ? Yes it is the Educational growth, if the child is growling on a daily basis their growth towards their language and studies should be highly appreciable and taught in such a way that their critical life become simple and easy to understand and handle. Sometime parents is not able to guide their child properly and some time child is guided by some other family members and this is because the parameters of LOVE is fluctuating on a daily and on time basis. The Love what the child should get from his father or mother in education fields become less due to the work pressure of them, get themselves so much engaged that they some time forget to take care of their child properly which hampers their mentality from inner page of growth which impact their studies too, and they some time fear to speak too in front of elder teachers. Some time child fear so much with parents with father or mother that they speak up that plea

Not only higher educational facilities, even colleges need serious serious infrastructure upgradation, as well inculcation of moral values in a way that is missing nowadays. Some steps can be taken are: 1. Starting culture of internships of at least 200 hours which will be externally evaluated, students will have to work in a local NGO which serves either the underprivileged or animals at large. 2. Starting PM-Shikhsak Samman Nidhi for all teachers in India whose income is less than 12,000/- year, some 9000 Rs. everyday can be credited to their bank accounts this will improve work envmnt. 3. Making it compulsory for all school boards to implement labor laws, company act rules in their workplaces so that toxic environment is not existing. 4. Book writing process needs to be done by proffessionals who can include real life examples instead of C-V foreign authors works. May be a comittee can be started for implementing the same.
