Collect details of wealth of individuals & organisations who have looted public money, call them for out of court settlement & negotiate with them to return the illgotten wealth, if not returning tell them(threaten them if required) of the consequences. This would reduce time wasted through normal process and warn wrong doers. This would greatly improve effecient functiong of related professionals and government organisations.

Sir, To promote Mother Tongue and to get Mother Tongue as the Medium Of Instruction in schools since Mother Tongue is best for child's learning as per research, I request the Govt of India to give 5% OFF on the Entertainment Tax to any movie/TV Serial/TV Ad/Internet Ad that uses ONLY MOTHER TONGUE for audio, text and numerical digits without using even one English word.

One and only way to cater the efficiency of Govt department is to include technology in the system. Paper less and face less facility is one of the example. Ques-why people want Govt job as their preference ? answer is simple under table money and lethargic work. To overcome the issue simply- 1-Set the targets of employees and let them know they will get the salary proportion to their achievements. 2-Strict rules (e.g- any complaint received proved genuine have serious repercussion)

SPLIT DRDO INTO CORE RESEARCH & SECONDARY RESEARCH One of the most unaccounted and unproductive organization is DRDO. They have brought zero innovation on the table. The only thing they can do at the max is reengineering what foreign nations are doing. R&D takes time, however, the majority of the scientists are incompetent and are riding on the shoulders of a select few who actually do the work. Those who publish research papers should be part of CORE and salary should be accordingly.
