Indian luggage industry mostly has to rely on coated fabrics imported from china and taiwan. The domestic manufacturers lack the machinery and technical know how to produce premium fabrics that can compete with the imported products. Suggesting a technical support department and financial support to the manufacturers. It can save billions of dollars on imports and will also help indian luggage manufacturers to compete with chinese finished products which are killing our industry.

Congratulations for the app makers and many thanks to Govt. In today's textile industry situation is like lack of material, lack of quality, lack of demand and lack of workers. All these must be addressed by government and should take necessary actions like in terms of identifying the manufacturing hubs like tirupur, solapur providing materials and financial support through banks ans such with proper channels markets with all tax fixed prices for inter state consumers, collaborating all depts.
