Mental and physical fitness Is very important for student.it is very challenging to fit in corona time.in my view Meditation and Yoga help us to reduce tension level.2 Inspirational books boost up student mind and increase positivity.3 student should correlate with religious and cultural activity in home.4 creative activity just like plantation and hiegene around their home.5 parent inspire and engage in home work.6 Friend circle also help us to fight against it.

Mera ek suggestion education related, jo batch is saal entrance de kr clg ya university join krne wale the aur entrance nhi ho pa rhe coz itne logo ko ek saath lana risky hai..unke liye saare is saal k batch next year se shuru ho..proper entrance ho agle saal..nd us saal wale batch ki padhai ki course ek saal squeeze kr di jaye..jaise agar koi baccha 3 yrs graduation 2018 se krta entrance k baad, to uska entrance ab 2019 mein hoga aur graduation only fr that batch 2 saal ki hogi jismein 3 saal

Without internet/mobile/computer/power supply in most places with much financial constraint parents need to spend quality time providing parental care /parental education to children training them as in Gurukul on self discipline/self dependence / self confidence/ self reliance/ self esteem. Focus to train the parents with knowledge based offline information.

And I am very happy that so many platforms are organizing online quizzes as whenever I win a certificate I feel very proud to show that to my parents . I think more these types of quizzes should be there also for children of small classes . This will not only increase there knowledge but also will make them happy whenever they win a certificate

Parents need to make there children do exercise at home and make them do yoga . This make their mind fresh . They need to have a conversation with their children . They need to make them learn something new at home like cooking . At this time only those can help students who are close to them or living with them

Many teachers are giving notes on whatsapp but this wrong I think so they should just give students a particular page number and ask them to make note themselves so that timing of phone will be decreased and strict parent supervision is needed so that students don't use phone in there free time
