The Yoga /meditation/ Prayanam/ sports has to be made compulsury part of our lives. TV channels should compulsarily show these .
courses like mind education on swayam portal need to be promoted from school education .
Living a stress free life the whole society has to change and civil servants should act as guiding light in this. Their offices should have Tension free zone where official can play or do yoga. Along with the working enviroment.

1. Insist on project and activity oriented learning which should be completed in class to make the school a place to enjoy for the children.
2. Erase the fear of syllabus and examination from childs' mind by putting more emphasis on practical application instead of methods and formula.
3. Student friendly gesture of teachers in the class with positive mindset.
4. More attention is needed for mental relaxation through games and sports of their interest not to compete.

There are two aspects. The negative aspect is that staying inside home for long with fear for future uncertainities in jobs and earnings can upset the minds of parents as well. This may make children vurnable to domestic violence also. There is positive aspect also. Staying together for long may develop a family bonding which otherwise was loosening in modern times

To avoid mental stress in youths due to on-line studies for so long, government may think of opening schools for 10+2 sections for limited number of days and for limited number of hours but there shall not be any classes. Classes shall continue on-line as now. This shall be done to give students an opportunity to meet their friends, exchange their experiences to vent out stress. They can discuss their concern wit teachers in small groups. For smaller classes, home studies shall continue.

There will be a better understanding of the digital divide: both the differences in access to hardware, connectivity, and the right software, but also the huge shortfall of teachers with the digital skills
