In this crucial time of pandemic students need to be protected from its impact. They need to be stress free. Students should be with elders always., discuss things with them, should be helped by parents in study .they should exercise daily and engage them selves in some creative activities

In Covid-19 pedemic all academic are digitalized, according to me digitalized classes is good for modern era, But what ever students learnt and understand in class on bord ( Black, white &smart class bord) with great interest, Now students are not taking that type of interest in digital classes. Teachers are not teaching well they only gives note of whole syllabus in pdf format of any format, they are not audible to teach like class room, Due to lack of technology. They deliver lacture using PPT

Usually students get to go school everyday. As a student it is not easy for a student to cope up with this situation and not all students can adjust with this.I am still not comfortable staying home for more than 3 months and this effects not only me but other students mentally.I have been researching methods for overcoming this and improve my mental health and found various techniques and found it useful like the SHHH method-Structure,health,Happiness and Hope.Don't let this effect your health.
