Just as you can recognise your own mental health problems, be sensitive to such
problems in your near and dear ones, which may include:
1. Changes in sleep patterns
2. Difficulty in sleeping and concentrating
3. Worsening of health problems
4. Increased use of alcohol, tobacco or drugs
Be supportive to them. If the problems persist, please contact the helpline (080-
46110007) or contact your doctor or a mental health professional.

Dear Sir
Even intermediate exams can be set up online - or rather instead of core exams at lower classes - projects should be assigned to encourage independent thinking.
For covid I have found apps like Khan academy very helpful. Indian boards can develop such apps to help their pupil too. It amazing to see how we can close gaps using technology.

Dear Sir
All world is dealing with Covid and education system everywhere is thrashed. We should step back and look at this as a one in million opportunity to upgrade our education system.
Most homework and lesson tips and tricks can be set up online where a student could login with their ID and solve and submit online. That is lot of resource and time saving.
Ofcourse, network efficiency is paramount - but such a demand can drive quicker upgrade to sectors closely related to education.

Respected Sir,
We all know COVID 19 is an alarming situation for all specially for students giving boards. Due to this pandemic, our going to school has decreased and we all are worried about our exams. We can ensure that some fun activities are conducted so that we can learn and grow each day without having much stress and pressure.
Thank you.

-We need to focus & lay great stress upon the IMPORTANCE OF HOBBIES & IT's EFFECTS ON AN INDIVIDUAL IN LONG RUN in LATER OR EARLY LIFE.
-We should help children to understand and HELP THEM DISCOVER THEIR PASSION.
-Parents should also be educated regarding Mental Health.
-Every education institution should inculcate a Mental Health Education Program on periodic basis.
-Involvement with outdoor activities should also be promoted once situation becomes favourable and safe.
