Respected Sir,
Firstly, reduce the syllabus and the burden of assignments & internships that almost all school & colleges are making compulsory for students.
Secondly, online classes by institutions should be scheduled with breaks so that both the students & teachers both will not feel exhausted & stressed.
Thirdly, the institutions must declare holiday on Sundays to the students & the faculties also so that they both can decamp from their fatigue.
Hope these small steps will give great results

Respected Modiji
My father Jadunath Mohanty a freedom fighter born on 27th August 1921 spent twenty-one months in Brahmapur Jail Odisha from 1935 to 1937 and then shifted to Hazaribag jail and kept in a cell till 1942.
He refused pension saying"I was not fighting for pension".On 11/11/2019 he was felicitated by The Samaj Lokashevabak Mandal and Culture Department of Govt of Odisha.
As we all are BJP people and followers of Narendra Modi and RSS, Odisha Govt does not help him or didn't honour

dear sir ,
as a student I must say that manodarpan is a fantastic platform where we students get a chance and ideas how to manage our stress and mental wellness .It provides us with many ideas to stay engaged.
but there are students who are too poor and cannot even afford a smart phone,
I guess there should be some initiatives for them also .

Dear Sir,
Teachers have a huge say in this. But they are not trained at all. First, they should be equipped with basic training handling/dealing with stress/emotions. The same can be imparted to students as a special class during covid times. Children do not understand what/why this is happening and may tend to personalize this may be because of their own doing, They need to be told This Too shall pass and they should continue to do what they are doing and reach out for help to family/teachers
