I think there should be one meet class in which children are allowed to talk with their school mates and friends. This wouldn't let their enthusiasm level to go down. They will feel like they are in school only. Next thing is that after every class there should be a short break of 15 mins in which children should rest and do some relaxing exercises to keep their body active. This would be ensured by the parents.

I think yoga is one of the best way to get rid of stress. All institutions should emphasize their students or employees to take care of their health. Breathing exercise helps to improve immunity and reduces stress. Performing suryanamaskara's early in the morning is good for health and mind. Asking citizens to discover themselves in free time and to do one kind of creative stuff like painting, stitching etc, can help them improve their mental health

In online class there must add a Yoga class at starting of every online class days .
Schools must watch the children activities and made it mandatory for every school and each student . School must make a real / approx BMI index of every child participant in online class.
For those who doesn't have smart phones school should make a video of online class and on 1 gadget 2 or 3 mobile efficent children can make attendence and attend online classes.

respected sir ,i think time management should be given to the students so that they can fully live their lives according to their will and according to their parents also.....also the nurture their life in time management for making creative ideas ......i think only the wastage of time creates stress and laziness also becomes harmful to the students .......more and more time IS wasted on social media....also national worldwideprogram for the students must be started and inform properly thro tv
