We should encourage each and every individual to play. Play helps not only to sweat out but also to fight against stress. Play build immunity. Each and every organisation should encourage one hour play everyday. Play should be mandatory for every school and college students. Equal importance should be given for sports like acadamics. People should be educated that sports is a part of academics. Due importance should be given for players in pursuing higher education and employment

Therefore the government Should initiate programs of yoga, dhyaan and swadhyay in school programmes so that the problems which are arising can be solved from the very grass root level
Secondly,
As there are many cases of sexual harassment and also of suicides which results to demoralise our beautiful future so there is much need by the families to spend time with children and also listen them

The manodarpan program is first of all a excellent initiative to help out the "answer to all the future questions" i.e. YOUTH
The only way to protect and transform them is 1st of all ध्यान,
2nd yoga
And 3rd "SWAADHYAY"
Because whether it is a situation of pandemic that we are facing today or the situations which will come throughout life each and everyone can only win the battle of life when they are having a very healthy body, mind and a purified soul..😊
