तनाव क्यों? यदि हर कोई अपने आप से पूछें उसके कारणों को जाने, अपनी क्षमता को पहचाने और उसके अनुरूप कार्य करें और बिना किसी अप्रत्याशित फल की अपेक्षा किते आगे बढ़े। सफलता और असफलता के अलावा और कोई परिणाम नहीं है।असफलता तो प्रश्न उठता है कि आगे विकल्प क्या। विकल्प का रास्ता कभी समाप्त नहीं होता बस लचीलापन नहीं समाप्त होना चाहिए। कुछ भी करने की इच्छा नहीं मरनी चाहिए।

Mental stress has been the main problem among students from schools and colleges since ages.
Some schools are starting from September in the pandemic definitely there will be more rise in COVID-19.
What the youth must learn is that education from school is not only the education but apart from these there are moral value education which must be learn by youth.
hence the government should take interest in the value education then the normal education which only motives to read and write in exam
