Higher education cannot sustain only through public funding. While public private partnerships in higher education have been pursued as a strategy, not many have shown successful results. Hence, the PPP models need to be revisited so as to allow more meaningful collaborations. A critical analysis of PPP in HE , the existing legal provisions and which viable models are possible need to carried out.

Govt. Aided institutions must be given 100% aid in Delhi instead of present 95%. They must be helped to improve the infrastructure.

Education is essential for providing equal opportunity to all. Only government has accountability to people. Not private sectors. The government should invest in education directly and should also create employment though construction and maintenance activities

शिक्षा सभी को प्राप्त हो तथा इसका व्यापकत्व सुदूरांचल में ग्रामीणांचल, वनवासी, गिरिवासी, क्षेत्रों में प्रत्येक स्तर पर शिक्षा की पहुँच अत्यावश्यक है| यह कार्य यह दायित्व राज्य एवं केंद्र सरकारों का है| लेकिन यदि इसमें निजी क्षेत्रों को भी इस कार्य में सहयोगी बनाया जाय तो निश्चित रूप से यह प्रभावी एवं सुगम होगी.
