Sir, Each MLA and MP has assigned the responsibility to Promote the people of his constituency/area to help to establish the industry. Small scale industry or any other in which raw materials should be available and utilize the available work force so that employment can be generated. I think this can be done with the active support of MLA/MP because he will aware of most of the people and geographicaly. If each MP/MLA has allotted the target of minimum 10-5 industry in his area.

Rationalize the subsidy system as it is not reaches to the most of the target people and create a huge burden on the nation's economy also attracts corrupt practices by the government officials.

Suggestions for central govt. w.r.t. aid to Andhra Pradesh. 1. Legislative council can be abolished in the state, which is currently unnecessary and redundant. 2. Increase in salaries at the time of huge revenue deficit is against interests of the state's future. 3. A decentralised State Capital, considering barren lands of rayalaseema would save lots of money & saves agricultural land in TULLURU mandal. Central Govt. can ask the A.P.State Govt. to follow certain austerity measures.

To monitor capital expenditure,all executing authorities should give a monthly report regarding use of the allocated funds along with brief reasons for underutalisation.The monitoring authority should have sufficient powers to reallocate under utalised funds for other capital intensive projects, so that at the end of the financial year we will find a much better utalisation of our available financial resources.

Sir, Now a days nomination facilities are available in savings bank and deposit only. in case any death the nominee will produce the death certificate of the account holder and bank will settle the same. please introduce this method into jewel loan customer also. because now a days in case any death the relatvie will produce death certificate, legal heirship certificate, notary certificate, kyc for all relative etc. this will take too much days. so please introduce form DA-1 nomination facility
