Low voltage (upto 1000 Volts) under HSN 85369090, especially Thermal Links/Thermal Fuses are Electrical safety components attract BED of 10% and GST of 28%.
In India, we have massive loss of property and lives due to Fires caused by Electrical failures.
Request Government to make BED as 0%, GST at 5% and its use compulsory for all lightings and home appliances including Voltage Stabilizers, Inverters, UPS etc.

: GST Tax on Water well Drilling rig Should be reduced from 28% to 18% As water well drilling rig were attracting 12.5 % excise and 4 % vat ( in Gujarat 25% addition so 1 % more vat total 5% ) so as per my view it should come under 18% GST. And also all other parts and accessories used comes under 18% GST . so it should come under 18% GST and not 28%.

Just read that itc not available on motor vehicles. If a pvt or ltd company buys car for official use no itc. thats not fair.
Also if a dealer arranges transport the dealer has to pay RMC 5% tax on the transportation then dealer has to charge transportation in his invoice and tax at the rate of material. this is double taxation on transportation. not fair again.
Can we look into this

The banking services like Loan, Insurance, using the debit/credit card for the payments, wallet pay need to be exempted from the GST for the consumers, as if the we all need to push it for the digital payments and allowing the people to invest more on the banking products, then such type of banking services are not being in the GST cap.

THIS IS THE SITUATION IN THE INDIA'S MODEL OR IDEAL OR IDOL STATE OF GUJARAT- DEVELOPED. THIS IS DEVELOPMENT? AT THE COST OF YOUTH EXTORTION? UNTIL YOU SATISFY YOUR EMPLOYEE TEAM WITH SAME SALARY, PERKS, PENSION, GRATUITY, ALLOWANCES etc benefits Our country will never be CLEAN INDIA. This is basic reform one should take into consideration. Start cleaning from grass root level then only your base will be strong and will be effective. This is my belief.
