from school level have to start "skill development programmes in ITI, vocational institution & night schooling. our education are n't meant for "work capability" , it's only "materialized knowledge" ..... give some practical training from childhood , being an unemployed b.tech engineer (2011) i feel engineering syllabus must modified, practical, industrial & proper project training have in every semester & must monitor by state board, we must look for job orientated education system

Vivekananda said “sound mind resides in a sound body”. Those who eat too much or too little, sleep too much or too little cannot attain success(Dhyan Yog 16). But those who are balanced in eating, work, recreation and sleep can!(Dhyan Yog 17). Hence I request that poor students be equipped with knowledge to eat nutritious food, stay moderate in recreation, and regulated in sleep. With available science, knowledge of these (without referring religion) could be taught in schools for their success.

We should stop promoting students to a class based on their age. We should have a system where the child is judged in each subject and promoted for that subject accordingly. So e.g. one child could be studying 5th standard of science and 3rd standard of history, one could be studying 6th standard of HIndi and 4th standard of Maths. This will promote children only when they have the specific skills in that subject. Currently, there will be students in 7th std, but they can't solve maths of 4th.
