At the first stage we must train our officers(professors) with new knowledge or technology. with the help of first trainee officer,in second stage we must train some talented college student to operate our new system. our all government officers should be familiar with new system in such a way that they can solove some problems. or work with positive and stressless attitude.simillar type of trainning must be given to the nonteaching staff.
