Impart basic training to students about digital technology during the primary phase of education.

As the ASER 2014 points out our key area of focus should be PRIMARY EDUCATION. The students teachers ratio should be 30:1 through out the country.The TEACHERS who play a lead role in shaping future generations should be fully qualified. There should be a minimum of 3-4 YEARS OF TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAMME. They should be inducted only after fully qualified, based on a COMPETITIVE BASED MERIT SYSTEM. The FINLAND MODEL OF SCHOOL EDUCATION can be studied and best measures adopted.

10th के बाद on job study होनी चाहिए। मतलब 15 16 साल की उम्र में interview होना चाहिए और उसकी काबिलियत के हिसाब से उसे 1 जॉब मिलना चाहिए लेकिन उसे 3 या 4 साल तक जॉब में रहकर traning या पढ़ाई ही करनी है। 18 19 साल की ऊम्र तक वो उस जॉब के लिए पूरी तरह तैयार होगा। जेसे अगर उसे army में जगह मिलती है तो army taring और पढ़ाई कराती है।

This can be done by 1 Sending the technically strong graduates to Rural cities with healthy pay packages & better living conditions. 2 Involving corporates to adopt atleast one village & develop atleast one school or technology center where they will provide free training to youths as Corporate Soc. Responsibility. 3. Close monitoring of activities.

Higher education can be through Skype tutoring, loading lectures from top universities on websites, open learning, lectures loaded on microSD card. Facebook groups or yahoo group for classes to allow student to share their thoughts. allow discussion forum.

If we make teaching high tech it really need to guide teachers first ....we have ti use easy language that will understood by students ..

Our education system should be more technology/research oriented. Moreover streams should be decided at much lower age. Moreover NCC/NSS should be made mandatory in schools.Moral science should be given more emphasis. All children irrespective of their parents status should be made to work to clean the environment/surroundings. they should be made to learn that no work is cheap.

Dear PM, Education Policy must aim at creating a framework to produce nation loving & caring generations. Key points could be 1.Create One Governance body for education e.g. lets call it Indian Education Board. 2.The fundamental content should be same at each level. 3.I suggest till class 6th the medium of education should be in state Language ( exceptions can be planned) 4.The subject of History should can 60% information related to respective state or region and 40% national

नई शिक्षा नीति मे शिक्षक का कार्य ,केवल शिक्षा प्रदान करना ही हो, शिक्षको को गैर शैक्षिक अन्य कार्यो मे ना लगाया जाए | शिक्षको को सत्र् के दौरान अन्य कार्यो मे लगाने से विद्यार्थियो का पाठ्यक्रम बाधित होता है | यह समस्या सरकार मात्र् कुछ software develop करके कर सकती है, इससे ना केवल शिक्षा का स्तर सुधरेगा बल्कि सरकार के करोडो रुपये की बचत भी होगी |
