Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will share his ‘Mann Ki Baat’ with the farmers of India on 22nd March 2015.

The Prime Minister is very keen to interact with his farmer sisters and brothers across India and would also like to hear their thoughts, ideas and insights on a wide range of issues relating to agriculture. He has requested farmers across India to write to him and send letters to ‘Mann Ki Baat, Akashvani, Sansad Marg, Delhi – 110001’. Some farmers can ask the Prime Minister their question directly during the episode.

MyGov also gives you all this wonderful opportunity to contribute through ideas and inputs for the ‘Mann Ki Baat’ episode with India’s hardworking farmers.

The PM has repeatedly said that India cannot progress until the farmers of the Nation progress and has assured that the Centre will leave no stone unturned in ensuring the agricultural progress of India.

Women toil day in and day out; but she is never recognised in Agri sector like that of her house hold work. 1. I request the PM to make an army of women farmer so that they can enroll and pool their skill sets. 2. Women are the inventors of most of the agri equipment, but they need a face lift & platform. 3. It is women who can encourage their children to be a farmer, as child sees both parents wear the old cloth while at farm, but it is a different story in the other two sectors.

In India central government should survey land which is used by farmers and central government make research on that soil and tell the farmers for taking which crop in that farms so what happen is that production is increased and farmer get that much amount of money also In some places in Maharashtra farmers are taking SUGARCANES but they do not see we are not having that much amount of water and so water level of that area is also decreasing and in summer they dont have water to drink

Dear Modiji, Man ki bat farmers may be taken as DilKiBat with farmers Accordingly please think from heart as a common men,if your entire family livelihood and base is snatched away for the happiness / development of others, how any body will feel ?, happy or helpless? Still there are many-many ways to serve the purpose of providing land for the required purpose Please also recall great misuse of older land acquisition rules, by which thousands of residential colonies have become unauthorized

sir, there are more than 60% people depend on agriculture. but ag. student is only .51% for higher education . it is major problem for our progrres there are points following 1- many few college/university of agriculter. 2- most costly agriculter education. 3- carrier is not as doctor as engineer.
