n land related issues farmers should be made partner of the project they contribute land for. He should feel the ownership.
2. In most of the cases it should be taken as lease for longer period of time. Providing certain royalty. A writer gets royalty of his writing, a musician gets royalty for his music, a scientist gets royalty for his invention, then why not a farmer should get royalty on his land.

1. I wish to work out the area requirement for safe stacking of the wheat/rice etc. production and create infrastructure for it.Every year I am ashamed to see the news regarding grains worth crores of Rs being spoilt due to rains as these were stacked in open.

with one TMC feet water and with 20 metres head one can irrigate 25000 acres for one year.with 100 TMC feet water we can irrigate 2500000 acres. Why Tamilnadu is allowed to remain dry. all farmers suicide is having only final reason NO WATER.Why policy makers are sleeping.May be they are getting fat salary and otherwise. One reason i can tell that all at helm of affairs are having no direct farming knowledge and experience and exposure. Put right person to tackle farm related issues.
