Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will share his ‘Mann Ki Baat’ with the farmers of India on 22nd March 2015.

The Prime Minister is very keen to interact with his farmer sisters and brothers across India and would also like to hear their thoughts, ideas and insights on a wide range of issues relating to agriculture. He has requested farmers across India to write to him and send letters to ‘Mann Ki Baat, Akashvani, Sansad Marg, Delhi – 110001’. Some farmers can ask the Prime Minister their question directly during the episode.

MyGov also gives you all this wonderful opportunity to contribute through ideas and inputs for the ‘Mann Ki Baat’ episode with India’s hardworking farmers.

The PM has repeatedly said that India cannot progress until the farmers of the Nation progress and has assured that the Centre will leave no stone unturned in ensuring the agricultural progress of India.

hello Modi sir, india is agreeculture country but no much priority has given till today so, My suggestion to you sir:1Indian farmers who lost their faith in agreeculture should bring faith in their heart. 2.green revolution:call for green revolution; required series of innovation so , farmers and india produced high quailty goods at nominal cost. 3.stop subsidies and strenthen farmers by effective implimentation of green revolution. 4.fix price each and every farming product to farmers.

The Agriculture Minister, Agri Scientists, Highest Level bureaucrats should visit the farmers in their villages regularly and address their problems and solve them on spot. Farmers always feel they are the neglected community of this country..that very feeling should be wiped away by this Govt. All schemes of govt. should be communicated to them in a proper manner. LET THE GOVT CONDUCT A KISSAN MELA IN THE COSTLIEST 5 STAR HOTEL IN DELHI ONCE A YEAR. Let them feel they are the drivers of growth

Sir, as a son of a farmer and for living in rural area, I feel the need of cold storages in rural areas. Sir, if you start a project for setting up at least one cold storage in every Gram Panchyat area, it will be very helpful to all farmers. They cane conserve their productions. It also controls the price of vegetables in our country. Thanks.

I am not a framer but I wonder in the nearby villages so in touch with farmers. Education is the solution. 1. Special short term effective courses to educate farmers esp young people to use technology and other advance methods. 2. Many farmers complain "no water" issues. But they should be educated , helped to have small water conserving tanks , well/ bore well recharging techniques. 3. Bring in farmers run stores or some mechanism to remove middle men dependency.

Farmers are the backbone of our country. Jai Jawan Jai Kishan but we are sorry to say the previous govt has not done much to excel the conditions of farmers. PM should infuse a sense of security among farmers so that they won't wish to live farming. Farmers security spells the Food security for the 1.25 bn people. The farmer should avail the modern facility and schemes provided by the Govt. They should use right kind of fertiliser and the one which is cheap.

1st thing we must give 1st priority to the farmer . 2nd thing we have to help to stand because its the farmer when they work hard we people eat . May be we go with one scooter ,two pair of dress ,one roof but we need to eat every day. so i think we must help them to grow more faster than any other sector . 3rd thing is that india is full of natural resources we have good cultivative land ,good source of water still in india we suffer for food and water ,its very shame full for you and us

hello sir i want to share an issue i.e the son of our farmer is not willing to enter in farming sector,he is going either for govt. jobs or jobs that are not linked with farming sector.why so??can we attract them in farming.Integration of food tech, bio engineering, biotech and some other allied fields can help in its solution.Making farming sector more reliable and secure will definitely attract modern youth towards it.Funding innovative ideas in agriculture will boost up youth with new energy.
