Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will share his ‘Mann Ki Baat’ with the farmers of India on 22nd March 2015.

The Prime Minister is very keen to interact with his farmer sisters and brothers across India and would also like to hear their thoughts, ideas and insights on a wide range of issues relating to agriculture. He has requested farmers across India to write to him and send letters to ‘Mann Ki Baat, Akashvani, Sansad Marg, Delhi – 110001’. Some farmers can ask the Prime Minister their question directly during the episode.

MyGov also gives you all this wonderful opportunity to contribute through ideas and inputs for the ‘Mann Ki Baat’ episode with India’s hardworking farmers.

The PM has repeatedly said that India cannot progress until the farmers of the Nation progress and has assured that the Centre will leave no stone unturned in ensuring the agricultural progress of India.

Respected PM if youth of this country is encouraged to develop and come up with solutions to problems faced by villagers. 12.5% of world population leaves in rural India and if some one make product regarding problems for them, then one can mint money and get satisfaction too.

Respected PM it is often seen food grains purchased by govt. from farmers at high rate does not benefits farmers but most of profits goes to middle man or agents and farmers continue to get less money as they are uneducated and state govt. officers exploit them. Please strictly look into this matter and instruct state govt. It will be good if bank account, aadhar no. and farm land bill tax of farmers are connected so that money directly go into account. Also please distribute awarness pamplet.

Sir, In India late blight has been considered to be a major disease of potatoes.Presently, potato growers of India face huge loss due to frequent occurrence of blight. The non-judicious preventive spraying causes increase cost of production and environmental hazard. A satellite based forewarning model will provide a Decision Support Tool to the farmers. So it would be very helpful to the farmer for taking precaution from blight disease of potato crops.

Sir your started program like providing soil health card to every farmers, more crop per drop(drip irrigation) is very good and impart confidence among farmers. But we need more like making them educated atleast to read agri-bulletein, surf internet, and contact regional agri-expert. Connect every panchayat with high speed fiber and in evening telecast important video regarding farming and general awareness to villagers. Make rural roads and provide electricity at very cheap rate to poor farmer.
