As far as pvt players are concerned they should acquire at govt rates or as fixed from time to time. But there is a problem , if prices escalate then farmers become greedy and stop selling or sell at later time frame when they can get more money. The farmers are also smart these days, they dont sell to govt showing its cultivatable and later sell to private players at higher prices. Farmers should be banned from selling for 10 yrs. govt should get involved only for govt projects & let pvt decide

Let this talk focus on quantified and specified projects in each sector halting due to land acquisition process . All these projects should be put on the website . Let the total land acquisition plan for different infrastrcure projects for coming five years be estimated . Besides the reasons of opposition parties opposing the bill should be exposed. It must be clarified that these parties are scared of super performance of modi ji therefore they have ganged up to stop him in the beginning

Govt can acquire lands for farming and invite poor farmers to become employees of this set-up. This will save poor farmers from financial crises during natural calamities. Infrastructure can be provided by govt to convert barren land into fertile. There will be minimum three benefits: (1). Farmers will not have to face any crises. (2). Govt will also get return by from farming (3) Farming land inventory of the country will increase

Respected PM.
The main issue face by farmers is shortage of Power , the farmer gets only 8 hours of electricity and they are hardly able to take 2 crop cycle. This needs an immediate improvement and will definitely go a long way for improvement in crop pattern and getting a minimum of 3 crop cycle per year.
