Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will share his ‘Mann Ki Baat’ with the farmers of India on 22nd March 2015.

The Prime Minister is very keen to interact with his farmer sisters and brothers across India and would also like to hear their thoughts, ideas and insights on a wide range of issues relating to agriculture. He has requested farmers across India to write to him and send letters to ‘Mann Ki Baat, Akashvani, Sansad Marg, Delhi – 110001’. Some farmers can ask the Prime Minister their question directly during the episode.

MyGov also gives you all this wonderful opportunity to contribute through ideas and inputs for the ‘Mann Ki Baat’ episode with India’s hardworking farmers.

The PM has repeatedly said that India cannot progress until the farmers of the Nation progress and has assured that the Centre will leave no stone unturned in ensuring the agricultural progress of India.

Respected sir, i am from Maharashtra from small town call Shahada . we have a lot of problem in Nandurbar district like the rate of commodity like sugar cane .we people have road problem alot of good farmer not able to take good crop because of road problem in taloda dist. peoples are so hard working here but they unable to get proper support from authorities..we need to educate the farmer also if we increase our GDP growth in agri sector.

Dear pm sir मैने किसानो को रासायनिक खादों का ज्यादा इस्तमाल करते हुए देखा है इसका प्रमुख कारण यह भी है कि जैविक खादों के बारे में किसानो को ज्यादा जानकारी नही है और जैविक खादों की गाव लेवेल पर उपलब्धता भी नही है ज्यादा जानकारी न होने से किसान जैविक खादों के उपयोग से हिचकते हैं । कृषि वैज्ञानिको को गाँव गाँव जा कर किसानो को आधुनिक खेती की जानकारी और फायदा समझाना चाहिए । लोन लेने वाले सभी किसानो का कृषि insurance होना चाहिए जिससे फसल के नुकसान होने पर उनकी पूँजी की भरपाइ हो सके ।

खेती को छोड़ के बाकी सारे व्यवसाय और उद्योगो को जितना चाहे उतना विस्तार करने का अधिकार है. एक उद्योगपति हज़ारो एकड़ ज़मीनो पर सेकडो कंपनीया खोल सकता है, पर एक किसान एक तय सीमा से ज़्यादा अपने धंधे का विस्तार नही कर सकता है, सरकारी सीमा से ज़्यादा ज़मीने नही खरीद सकता| और वो सरकारी सीमा इतनी कम है की एक 4 लोगो का परिवार उसमे सम्मान के साथ जिंदगी नही बिता सकता है|कोई भी नयी जेनरेशन ऐसे व्यवसाय मे जाना चाहती है जिसमे विस्तार की अपार संभावनाए हो, ऐसे धंधो मे नही जहा आप एक लिमिट तक विस्तार कर सकते है

why cant government only to take decision wt to grow and wt not grow by farmers depends on the shortage of food, there is huge problems in agriculture if compare with other sectors So plz do some help for farmers and this is for every one don't depend on government for every bit of work...because we are also part of government. Suggestion : government should start mandi for agriculture treading there farmers directly can buy or sell their own products.

Future generation survival depends on these land and agriculture, it may need more review on compensation to farmers. Exploitation of land should be minimized to maximum extent.

3. Loan is not easily available for buying instruments. 4. Agriculture schemes announced by the Govt. are kept only in the pen and paper. 5. Hybrid seeds etc are not easily available to the farmers. 6. No systematic crop collection or selling procedure. 7. No storage system is available for vegetables to avoid loss selling. 8. No counseling for farmers, in case they face some natural calamity. 9. In case of natural calamity, reimbursement is not easy. 10. Delay in official procedures

To date farmer's plight remains same. Future of farming depends on proper rainfall and on the size of farms. The sizes of farm are reducing and farmers’ kids want to leave farming. Before Government takes land for industry they should take fertile land where water can be supplied and ear-mark land for farming. Form farm co-operative where all farmers sell their product for further sale. Co-operative should be on acreage and no of farmers, so that members know each other like done for milk

Dear Sir Please do fruitful to farmers. They need financial help and proper guidance to do modern agricultural activities. They need awareness about the government's schemes. Farmers committing suicide due to unexpected rains recently. Please compensate them. #MannKiBaat

Pranam, farmers concern -STUDY of their children - particularly Higher study, Professional courses,Farmer's Children should be accomodated for their study in their near by Collage irrespective of their Grades - few seats are available for such - this will help student not to MOBILIZE, focus on agriculture study, use his/her knowledge for Villaage upliftment etc. Such student shoul given Extra Skill education on Agriculture, Equipments, Tissue culture New technology etc.
