पिछले दिनोँ मैँने राज्यसभा टीवी पर बिहार के प्राथमिक विद्यालयोँ की स्थिती देखी और मेरा रोम-रोम काँप गया जब वहाँ मासूम बच्चोँ को गलत-सलत पढ़ाई कराते हुये शिक्षकोँ को देखा। इसको अतिशीघ्र बदलना होगा। वर्ना भारत के भविष्य के लिये यह घातक होगा।मेरा सुझाव है कि सेवानिवृत अधिकारियोँ को आवश्यक रूप से प्राथमिक विद्यालयोँ मेँ पढ़ाने के लिये प्रेरित किया जा सकता है। बचपन मेँ सीखने की अद्भुत क्षमता होती है। इससे पठन-पाठन की गुणवत्ता मेँ काफी सुधार हो सकता है।

1. To reduce road accidents, vehicle drivers' training, Tests for license and implementation of traffic laws should be made very tough. Presently, they are not tough at all and hence there are so many deaths every year in India. 2. Indians are generally undisciplined people. Many a time time I have seen people jumping queues, spit on roads, encroaching others' property, breaking traffic signals etc etc. To reduce such problems schools should have a subject on discipline from 1st std to SSC
