Point 2. as per Phase-out of incandescent light bulbs on http://en.wikipedia.org only brasil is full ban on this bulb and india it A programme to exchange a number of light bulbs with more efficient types. We should ban all incandescent light bulbs Manufacture, Use, sell immediately. It will save money of Manufacture energy.

It is necessary to convert the cleanliness drive into a social movement from a government program. Otherwise, it is going to fail.
