If you ask any random person in the age of 20's who had applied for a four wheeler license,He can tell you. A lady clerk sitting under cctv takes Rs.40 as charge for receipt of Rs.31 and never refunds saying it is ordered. All persons in RTO from Peon to officer should be under financial surveillance about their property too. Hope this message reaches you.

श्री मोदी जी, मैं अपने ग्राम में एक सामुदायिक पुस्तकालय स्थापित करने जा हूँ , यह पुस्तकालय समुदाय की सहायता से चलेगा एवं बच्चों, बड़ों, महिलाओं व वृद्धों को शिक्षित करने एवं कार्यक्षमता बढाने में मदद करेगा। ग्रामों में अधिकतर विद्यालय व शिक्षक निम्न वर्ग के हैं जिनका विद्यार्थियों के चरित्र निर्माण और ज्ञान में बहुत ही कम योगदान है। उच्च कोटि के शिक्षक पाना दुर्लभ हो गया है इसलिए अब स्वाध्याय ही एक मात्र रास्ता बचा है। मुझे पूर्ण विश्वास है कि इस प्रयास से हम अनेक एकलव्यों का निर्माण कर पाएंगे ।
