I would like to suggest that as there are many orphanages and old-aged homes in many parts of our country for d orphan children and d old people in d same way government should open some more of them in which the small children who always stay outside a temple and beg for money all the time and the old,disabled people can be kept and they can be provided with a comfort. These homes could run by donations made by public and there they could be provided with better food and education to children.
