Swachh Bharat start from everyone's home & office where they spend their most time. There are few things we can do here. 1. Introduce & enforce some sort of law and educate those to children from school. 2. make funds available OR get sponsors to provide free garbage container for every shops & houses for the first time. Enforce cleanliness into food shops by doing 3 monthly audit without taking bribe.

VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT - Like Town Planning Scheme for cities, just start new scheme called Agriculture Planning Scheme for villages. Map the entire country just on paper without actually building roads. Deduct only nominal land (10%max) for proposed roads etc purposes. This will systematize future development and evolution of villages. All small farmers will also get access to their small plots, people will know in advance how and where future roads will be implemented.

I would love to listen something more about skill development & Swachh Bharat Skill Development: No help is available from zoo authority for that poor guy in the zoo for almost ten minutes. its the best example I can think right now that the zoo staffs does not have require skill & equipment to save that guy. We need to improve the skills for employees who work at public places like Train & Bus Stations, Hospitals etc.
