Mission cleanliness should become addressed. Citizens should co-operate with each other to not only keep their houses but also their city and surroundings clean by changing their habits. They should abstain from doing any thing which keeps the city filthy e.g. throwing garbage on road, spitting, etc.

Sir, In order to make govt employees more honest. All those who are staying at there present stations for more than 3 yrs should be transferred to 50to 150 km distant place. This action would breach the roots they have developed in past. But the action should be taken silently and in phases otherwise u will have to face opposition from unions. Pl be causious. it's very difficult to keep them honest. officer in charge in every office is forced to work as per the wish of emploes (union effecy)

1. Job Creation- There is dearth of jobs in legal field especially good legal draftsmen. A team of skill legal draftsmen can be created for designing quality laws for a better India. Training institutes for drafting quality laws can also be created. A new body to replace planning commission should be set up soon. Civil society members should be invited to give inputs on policy issues especially those who have given best inputs on my gov website.

Even now many officials including those of of Local Self Governments (Municipalities, Panchayaths and corporations) behave as if they are above the council and behave as if they are the local kings. The officers and staff should be educated that they are public servants and that the public have their own rights.
