Manufacturing facilities n Arms manufactures be spread through out India so that in case of war destruction of one city does not mean destruction of all facilities. It should be spread evenly. Centre of excellence be also spread in other regions as well so that India should be self sufficient in all conditions. China is aiming Sri Lanka and Maldives is the reason for this. Bihar could be another safe location for vital centres.

Rapid movement of force n equipments must be ensured for equilibrium. Land to land, Air to Air n sea to sea equilibrium is needed for peace. During UN summit, major arms manufacturer nations be engaged and contract be signed with PSU. PSU can be made efficient with private partnership. It will give experience n independence to act as per requirements. Border roads, small tunnels, underground bunkers, tanks, ammunition depot construction be expedited. Training of Army person be made more tough

Please don't subscribe to Aadhar. Those who recommend Aadhar are ignorant. Data is collected, processed and stored by UIDAI using foreign linked companies as Registrars. Let the government come with a citizen card for which data should be collected, processed and stored by government department like post office directly without any private participation. Data should be stored in Government servers located in India under the Government. Till then NO AADHAR. SCRAP AADHAR SAVE INDIA

2005 India China border mechanism of people's opinion has some consequences. Pakistan may also demand d same for Kashmir resolution. UK's Scotland opinion is state managed poll so no need to give importance. Strategic alliance with other country along Chinese border to engage China simultaneously on many fronts to frustrate its policy of expansion. Strategic treaty of all such nations must be made immediately in this regard so that China could not concentrate on one front. Rapid movement of

Regarding land records. Every property has a name, especially in kerala. The names of the properties reflect the cultural background of the area and the property. The land records of British days used to give the names of the property also. Now the new form does not have the col for name. It is with ulterior motive that the same is omitted. Pls see that it is mandatory to include the property name as in old land records/settlement records

There should be "One India, One Rate" in terms of medical services given to the citizen of India whether it is Government or private hospitals/clinics.Everyone seeking medical services irrespective of the affluence level or place where he is being treated wants to get treated and to have the feeling of wellness. There is no good treatment, bad treatment or best treatment then why we have to pay differently? Make the uniform rate all over the india in terms of medical services.

FDI shouild be in the mode of diasintegrated shareholding. Out a cap on each shareholder's percentage of holding. Otherwise their 49% is consolidated. Indian holding of 51 is disintegrated and in a meeting foreign companies get to do what they want. Better to have FDI from Non resident Indians or Persons of Indian Origin. Try to get Indians abroad to form groups to invest in India rather than allow yahoo and google type to take over Indian companies.

Now 55% of CIBIL is owned with controlling stake by Transunion a foreign company. We could have collected a meagre percentage of amount from all persons who take loans or asked the banks to pay up using a small part of processing charges to form and running CIBIL. But we deliberately allow foreign companies to get our data. We are pained.
