Respected Sir, This is about Right to Fair Compensation & Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act 2011. This act should not be applicable to Construction of Canals up to 5 cumecs capacity, Village and District, Roads, State Highways as this is creating problems because of self interests. An Amendment to this effect be looked into. Regards !

I have also the same thought about health felicities in India. The present prevailing health system + insurance system are of no use and induces a lot more difficulties. I think health is one of the sector where govt should act rapidly. Create a good structure of (Health Insurance) and people do not have to pay a penny to the hospitals , every thing should be paid by the govt certified Insurance companies. Its very important we should start taking actions in this direction ASAP.

The PM is the leader of the Nation; he should lay down his vision and the path to be followed and insist on sticking to both goal and the path. Gandhi demonstrated its importance during freedom struggle, uniting diverse sections towards a single goal. This requires an appreciation of history, recognize its good and pitfalls and integrate with future action. Today's political rhetoric of denegrating many a great men is anti-evolutionary. Modi should give a stern warning on such tendencies.

mr. modi himself talks abt use of technology to reach to people's problm, then why it so that he has forgotten varanasi.....knowing & understanding his busy schedule, he should hav at least make a point of addressing common people, d nigar nigam officers, d development authorities, DM, SDM, SP, Mayor, MLAs atleast once a month through video conferencing to review the works, d problems nd other issues.....in this way at least he can giv d msg that he is serious abt his constituency.....

While there is hope of re-surging India, there are no visible signs of improved governance at grassroots level. It will be a good idea if the PM spells his specific directions and expectations from the District and below level officials as they are the ultimate executive link of the Govt. Once they get going in the right direction, planning and policy formulation by the States and the Central Govt will be smooth and peaceful. Otherwise, governance may get reduced to addressing routine squabbles.

Election wise India seems to be divided in Central govt ruled India and State govt ruled India. The pace and progress of Central govt under dynamic leadership of Shri Modi ji is not visible down the ladder of our federal govt. To the citizens of states, flooding of global opportunities fail to interest as their very basic right to access to fair opportunity is crushed by local politicians and pace of justice and bleak hopes of getting heard are taking situation from bad to worse.
