Anyways would like to add my thoughts: We often see at traffic signals, eunuch asking for money. while it is left to individual conscious to give them money or not, but I feel that section of society has been neglected, both by us (the society) and the government. If this section of society could be brought under self enablement group, it would be great service to them, and inturn the nation.

Modiji these days our administrators (PSU) are using discipline as a tool to harass and vicitimise their subordinates, these days we have so many managers who practically do nothing other than documentation work,they have mastered the art of self appraisal and projecting themselves as the best administrators to derive incentives, Managers are suppose to manage but we have so many managers that the worker /officer ratio is almost one. please make a serious note of this
