Industrial parks should come up in rural places where density of ppl is more it will b difficult take time to develop but give big push to area. I think govt should thing innovative way and fill gap between rural and urban area India population lives in villages. Take make in India project to all villages. you don't have time billion ppl waiting. You are the first prime minister of India Ppl listen too.
