We can give same training to police as we gives to army. So at the time of unfortunate occasions like Terrorist attack,Flood,Riots etc, Police can tackle the situation without waiting for army. Even they can be kept as reserved army,so at the time of extended war they can be used for protection of our country.

I think getting indian private companies into defense sector would be very beneficial for job creation and in the course of time will provide the desired result with concerted efforts, such as involving college students in small projects like drone development etc. Since, the armed forces are still struggling with less weaponry why not let indian companies get involved. Also tighten up DRDO and HAL and take strict action against non performers so that they strive to imitate ISRO in R&D.

For the last six years no employment for the youth. A retired teacher is getting a job and a youth is jobless due to Congress policy of reemployment policy, in which 60+ is getting job and youth of India is unemployed.
