The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Friends please go through the stuff I saw today on GOOGLE EARTH. It is clearly showing POK , AKSAI CHIN and Arunanchal Pradesh NOT PART OF INDIA. THIS IS THE SAME GOOGLE IN WHICH SO MUCH LEARNED, QUALIFIED ,TECHNOCRATES INDIANS ARE WORKING WITH MILLION DOLLER SALERIES,includin that Android 1 and chrome creater. They must see this thing and should be happy that they can not do anything more than smile on us. these red spots are marks of shame. Please refer it to our foreign policy makers.

Dear Modi Ji I was watching TV interview of Tourism Minister. For Tourist safety and help we can provide a GPS enabled application for mobile to any tourist coming to India and link it with his VISA number. That application should have a map of India for easy navigation, panic botton for help linked to a central help line / server. For Tourist he is more secure and have easy navigation. For government they have tracking of each tourist coming in India.

AEBAS proposed USB based finger scanner per 50 staff attached to Tablet/Desktop. This method is costly, involves recurring expenditure for the SIM and operational inconvenience. Instead of this, is it possible to have multiple LAN based finger scanners connected to a dedicated local server of the organization and this single server to communicate with central Aadhar authentication system through the existing internet connectivity.

Dear Shri Narendra Modi, I want to raise a specific point here - about the safety and protection of passengers travelling in Indian trains. Many a times it is seen that some passengers create lots of nuisance like consuming alcohol, misbehaving with female passengers, forcefully occupying some else's seat. The TTs also seem unwilling to confront these trouble makers. Our RPF too is inefficient and ineffective in most of the cases. I suggest you to mandatorily deploy some security personnel

Mr. Modiji, We need to educate people to build their own or have a biogas plant at their home. The raw material should be from kitchen waste. This way we can be more productive in eradicating the waste and using it for home benefits as well. I would request government to come up with some collaboration and make them reach homes so that we all can migrate towards it than depending on LPG.

Dear PM,please make one centralised ID CARD,all under one roof instead of 100 cards PAN/VOTER/RATION etc,at the airport the immigration officer only loads the passport details, they have no record to show how many times XYZ arrived/exit the country, also Traffic fines/LPG/Phone,if fines not paid all the daily services will be blocked until he clears his dues, this is what done in all other countries except india,A centralised data will help to improve walk of life.otherwise its all walking in dark.
