The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

In this technology era…Govt. of Gujarat has never appoint “ COMPUTER TEACHER “ in any standard ( from Std. 1 to Std12). It is very important subject in this competitive world….Then also why this injustice to computer subject in our Gujarat? In Govt. school temporary computer teachers are quitting their job in 6 to 12 months. So actual and effective education not happening in school. If we are talking about technology and E-Commerce then students should learn this subject properly in school.

Sir as we know that our country's population is increasing min by min so we need to check on that issue and I have a suggestion for that. You can make a policy with respect to child birth control. A married or unmarried couple can give birth to a child with out any restrictions but when they are giving birth to a second child then they must pay a certain percentage of tax greater than others , if they give birth another child and so on then there will be an increase of tax percentage. Thank you

Dear PM, if you are interested to make the nation proud, ask your ministers to stop praising the present Bengal CM, who is only interested in self before nation.It is not the question of petty party politics.The way bengal is being run would make headaches of central government more than Kashmir can do!

Dear Mr. PM . we all know there are limited source of energy in india. still in india more then 75% population use wood and other things for cooking purpose not use LPG. during cooking most of heat is wasted we are not able to use this wasted energy. Can we develop a stove where we can consume wasted heat and can use to produce electricity or in other format.

Ration card system want update. card system want change VVIP (more than wealth 10 crores), VIP (more than 1 crore wealth), APL ( below 1 crore wealth and above BPL) then BPL. The BPL section change the income, live status.

Mr. Girish Wadwekar, can you make software that use with some devises, that details all vehicles want get the gas stations when put the gas pipe to the vehicle fuel tank then the fix the price of the fuel depend on the status of the vehicle and the owner. Then the govt can limit the subsidy fuel for only needy and it will save more money to use to get rid of poverty in India.
