The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Modiji, It is very good that US Prez. accepted invitation as C.Guest fr Republic day. This is his compulsion on business point of view fr selling his arms to us & Pakistan as well, want to establish his Defense base against China activities because he has no threats from Pakistan regarding this & also have check on Pakistan on their closeness towards China. Thirdly he want to revive popularity in US by doing so. It is the need of the hour in present World scenario.U also be professional.

What is the solution Solution lies in the Government watch Dog like AICTE/UGC following a strict outlook to check all the above wrongs being done by the Institutes/ Universities. Certain examplanary punishment needs to be given to some institutes which will set the system clean.

(h) The attendance of the students in the classes is less than 50 % The students are encouraged not to come to the classes. At the end of year all are given Admit Cards for end term examination even if a student has never come to the college. The only criteria is payment of fees.
