The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Modiji, It is very good that US Prez. accepted invitation as C.Guest fr Republic day. This is his compulsion on business point of view fr selling his arms to us & Pakistan as well, want to establish his Defense base against China activities because he has no threats from Pakistan regarding this & also have check on Pakistan on their closeness towards China. Thirdly he want to revive popularity in US by doing so. It is the need of the hour in present World scenario.U also be professional.

(e) Labs either do not exist or are only for name sake There are many labs which when required as per the curriculum are either nonexistent or do not even cater for half the students.

(d) Pay Scale of the Faculty are manipulated The Faculty members are not paid even half of the sixth pay commission pay scales. They are issued a cheque for the full amount as per the sixth pay scale. They have to give a self cheque for the difference to the institute before the pay cheque is handed over. Pay is always paid after more than one month it became due.
