The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Dear Mr. PM , your way of working with foreign countries is quite good and praisable , but please dont loose our natural partners while engaging new partners ..We should deepen our ties with US, japan , Israel but not at the cost of Russia , Russia is our long term and very trustable partner ( helped us in every crisis when US + allied forces were against us ) and current Russia+ Pak defence deal is a sign of weaking ties of indo-russia relations ..it would be very harmful for india in long run

Hello Sir, With due respect, I would like to show you a video on how the Chinese Army soldiers treat our Indian Soldiers at the border. They keep irritating us and want us to make a wrong move. But I know that you won't let it happen. Still, the soldiers are just normal persons, they also have limitations to their frustration and irritation. as western odisha is continously dump by the state go. so a separate kosal stae is the demand of the people of western odisha the state gov is dumping the wetern odiha in all respect especially in eductional factors

Dear Mr. PM my area of concern is that why we dump all our waste in river or in our sea...dont we come up up with the waste management....like in western countries....its very necessary...

India is a talent pool with a population of 125 crore people, still we lag a lot in sports, the reason being lack of facilities at base level to sportsmen and corruption at selection. A solution can be this: Every selection match should be video recorded and such selection match should be available for public view at channels like youtube, in case of wrong decisions, judges should be debarred from the selection committee, selectors should not enjoy authority without risk. Dear Modiji, I have suggestions related to our Fishermen. As the border in water is not defined for any country, can't we build a system based on satellite and GPS which will installed on each boats & system will give an alarm to boat driver if boat is about to enter specified area where other country's Navy is patrolling. In this way, we can keep them safe. It will be useful for fisherman of Gujarat and Tamilnadu. Please give a thought on it. Jai Shree Krishana.

Sir, Water management for farmer is most important, I am from up, in my place i am seeing only because of water issue farming cost increasing and also land growing power decreasing, We can do its not big task its to easy for my place(100 village) aria . But up government is :) How can we implement Central scheme in state.

Respected Our PM Modi Sir Ji, My point towards "Clean Indian" initiative. I think that sir ji, my point must be shared by many Indian to you but still i want to put that. In European countries, i have seen that we need to pay some extra charges on plastic bottles(normal water bottle or any cold drink or any such) by buying and when we return those empty bottles, we get back that extra money. Respected PM Modiji, most of the toilets at villages are not useful for them.....because water requirment is more in flushing process of toilets..........and due to unavailibility of that much water people are not uses their toilets..........and prefers to go outside Requirment of appropriate amount of water at villages........do plz sir, for needful peoples
