The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

disqualification general class students in gov jobs i dnt undrstnd who says to the govt that ST SC and OBC are the most deserving and poor student of INDIA?why this type of human created division made by dirty politician.In every govt job there is a huge difference of application fee for general and others also there is a well seat reserve for them(ST,SC,OBC) and cut-off is low why?who say general candidates are not poor,talented,not deserving.so pls disqualify general class students in gov job

Right decision in calling American President for Republic day celebrations. we present one bengal tiger cub for president as gift from India. stress on india permanent place in UNGA. relaxation in american wants to come to india for medical treatments in visa, staying norms. participation of americans for ganga cleaning project. joint venture in defence colaboration in getting inter-continental equipments, military equipment enhanced capacity, sports.

Dear Modi and Jaitly Sirs, You are very appreciative of Indian Banks for their unstinting support for making PMJDY a very successful mission. The bank employees wage settlement is due for revision from 1/10/2012. Please reciprocate with fair and early settlement which certainly motivates them further in participating in all government schemes.

To conserve ground water, Rain Water Harvesting are to be made compulsory in all buildings which exceed 1000 sq.ft. Plan approval should not be given without it.If those structures are installed as per specifications and maintained properly, 25 percent rebate can be given in water and house taxes. It can be back ended. The 25 percent should be remitted to bank account like LPG subsidy.

Respected Namo Sir and HRD Ministerji,There is need to make Regulatory authority in education system which can pass rule and maintain charges and fees taken by private education institutes schools and colleges in all over india who are charging high fees and charges which is not affordable to good student in india to take higher education bcoz of financial problem need to start auditing system for private education institutes who are opening there shops and institutes to earn more money in india

Sir, Paramilitary forces, specially BSF and CRPF personnel are doing yeomen service to the country since they are always posted at the risky places, be it at border or naxal affected areas They work in pathetic conditions and risking their lives for protecting the country and her citizens. Despite these, their salary and emoluments are very less and not commensurate with the risk involved. Kindly increase their salaries considerably. This also motivates other to join these forces.

giving 1 b $ to adani group to have coal mine in australia will surely make indian banks bankcrypt. india population is 120 billion and india is standing firm in economy because of its savings. pl stop this proposal. instead the amt can be spent within india coal, waterlinking, ganga cleaning, defence development, border fencing, military capability increase, technology satellite , sports growth , health & hygenic. all these are important more than for a NPA project.pl stop adani project. pl.

Namaste modi ji Bharat mein rape ki counting barti jaa rhi hai ab woh yahain tak pahunch chuki hai ki har ghante 2 girls ke sath rape ya gang rape hoth hai aur cort min bi gande swal kye jte ha. abhi tak sirf 2% logo ko hi saja mili hai.aur toh aur ministers ke bacho ko toh woh bhi nhi milti hai.Rapists ko lal kile pe nanga krke ag laga deni chahia . plz kuch kariye bharat mein mata puji jati hai aur usi bharat maa ki beti ke sath rape kiya jata hai plz rapists ke liye sakht rule banaiye..
