The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

It is a must to develop a technogy which will not allow down loading pornography by people. I request you to wage war against watching pornography by people by your motivating speeches. Iam sure many will listen to you and start controlling themselves from watching such dangerous pornography which is leading to the crimes against infants to old women in India.

PM Sir, Iam glad that we have elected a PM who has a vision about development of the country with progressive ideas. Using latest technology by people is a must for development. But, at the same time, one should not ignore misuse of technology like mobiles by boys and men in the entire country. Recent surveys conducted show that large percent of boys and men are using mobiles, laptops etc.,for watching pornography and by its influence sexually abusing females and creating a country of rapists.

Ideas come from any corner and at any time.... like while waiting somewhere, on road, @ Midnight, or on vehicle ....etc Do we have MOBILE APPLICATION of MYGOV.IN ? so we can contribute maximum. Please think about it . I am very interested to participate in Mygov in. but my traveling job is hindering me so if mobile application is there its very helpful to me or someone likes me... Thank u...

sir, In india power is very big problem. if power is sufficient then india can develop easily. I am working in power company Neyveli lignite corporation. i have a solution for clean energy generation. Bloom Energy is developed by K.R Sridhar. born in Tamilnadu & had works for NASA in past. but now he started a company bloom energy. it is widely used in california. please use this energy. Dear Narendra Modi Sir, aapko ek request hai ki, jo sarkari daftar mai jo bhi janta ke liye kaam kiya jata hai, wah kaam hamesha deri se hota hai aur to aur unko bolane ki bhi chori hoti. wah hamesha apni kaam mai deri karke aam aadmi ko satate hai. aur khud ko sarkar ke damad hi hai samjne lagate hai. pls, aise logo ko sidhha "Suspend" hi kar do. aur imandar logo ki bharti honi chahiye. jay hind , jay bharat.
