The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

The Insurance Bills should be discussed openly before passing the same. The present changes will affect the public very badly. Already private sector general Insurance companies are cheating the public and please go in detailed discussion with all the entities that are going to be affected by this changes. The economic stability will also go down if the general insurance companies are not controlled. Bring the Insurance Surveyors under the direct control of IRDA or IIISLA for economic stability

First of all thanks to the Indian government for creating this website. This website is very useful to share our ideas. I started to share my own ideas and read the other ones. With that many of us shared first-class ideas. I request our government to observe all the posts in each discussion with care & select the best ideas for their implementation. Finally, the government selects best ideas. That one is very useful for an upcoming implementations. Once again thanks for this great website!
