The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

my concern due to foreign policy is that we must not forget our oldest friend 'russia'.america can not be our friend in any cost as they have shown before.a little example is 1 971's indo-pak war.when usa had sent warship to help pakistan in the bay of bengal. now with russia we had never any conflict. russia is now a stable country and as usa reports that it's now again became a superpower.america involves in world various tensions between various countries.now russia is more powerful.

Dear PM Modiji, the Yazidi community in Iraq is being targeted for genocide by ISIS fanatics. They are on the verge of being wiped out. Dear PM Modiji , just like India in the past provided refuge to the Parsi community and enabled them to survive and contribute to world heritage, similarly India needs to offer asylum to the Yazidi community to settle in India, and safeguard their lives, honour, dignity and customs. This is my request to you to please help the Yazidi community.
