The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Please remove digital signature certificate requirement from all applications. I develop software for foreign governments and can tell you that there is no requirement of digital signature certificate. This single requirement ensures that the application is platform specific (windows) and expects the end user to have windows installed. Also, smaller vendors / MSMEs should be encouraged to develop these applications as they do a good job.

By implementing those ideas we can control price hike inflation in no time with large volume and profit too. I request you to give me opportunity to tell you the simple things by which we can conquer price rise and make our fellow Bhartiyas happy weather poor or rich. And by this Railways will also be strengthen finincially.

Sir, need to draw your attention towards the poor catering service in Indian Railways. I had registered a complaint regarding "Stale Food" served in the train in the month of May 2014 but after after 6 months I got a answer (when I filled a RTI) that "we will take a not for future"

Bullet trains requires heavy expenditure (one line from Ahmedabad to Mumbai will cost Rs 60000 crores) are we ready for such expenditure on debt laden railways financial. What if we travel from AHM-MUM in 3 hrs by rail for a cost of Rs 2000 and fly at a cost of Rs 4000 in similar time without putting extra burden of Rs 60K cr on economy. We should avoid these expenditure at present and should focus on core issues of OUR economy. Kindly examine the same before we take this burden

Sir, its a welcome decision to introduce bullet trains in India but kindly see the methods to improve the present system of railways. It will be better to improve the existing infrastructure of railways in terms of service, travelling in fog time, better speed, avoiding delays and better facilities for passengers of every class. Every section of society especially the people travelling in sleeper class and general class facilities should be improves.
