The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Use Moodle framework for Educational purposes. It's open framework used world wide even in IIT and some engineering colleges also. Not require to reinvent the wheel. Already lots of projects are on running at various levels. We can very well tke use of that. 1. Make standardization across the country. 2. Implement systematically. 3. No Force but willingly implementation will give fruits.4. Technology is for us not we are slave of technology, Create alternate path so technology doesn't harass.

It is observed that the hawkers load the materials on the passenger train's toilets and near the toilet's area and this creates problems to passengers to travel . There should be online complaint facility to resolve the problems at next stoppage of the train so that the travel became comfortable since the TT /RPF do not care of this type of problems.

Sir we are live in Silchar . our communication problem is one of the biggest problem. Flight fare of soil to other is always high. When imergancy was created than we face big problem. Sir if you fixed maximum flight fare to sil to other side than aviation industry cannot charge maximum amount to us.

Government offices clerks in post offices should be trained to work on computers and improve the hardware to take faster jobs.

sir..... allahabad mai ganga aur sangam ka hal bahut bura hai ....... sahar ke sare nale siwar bana saf kiye sidhe hi ganga me feka ja raha hai ( GANGA TREATMENT PLANT ) ke naam par dhakha ho raha hai aur sir sanga me jo fly our pul banwane ki kosis ki jaa rahi hai usase sangam ki prakatik sundart puri khatma ho jayegi (SIR GANGA MAA PRADUSIT NA HO ISKE DIYE MERE PASS KUCHHA SUJHAW HAI PLZ SIR sir humra net MB khatam hone wala hai sir jarura likhuda YE DESH MERA HAI AUR HUM IS DESH KE SI

Government encourages lot of industries as part of development, i would request Government to consider lands/areas other than the lands/areas used for joining the all rivers of India or other purposes. Because lot of river lands have already been acquired by real estate guys. I would request to get back these lands of river.
