The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

helping farmers is the most important thing for our economy. give fertilizer subsidy and rate for harvest are not he way the govt should focus. If we improve 1. the irrigation facilities to get water and to drain the flood water 2. Giving good seeds 3. equipment facilities we can get good improvement in village economy. Only in village we can satisfy and improve all the genders to good position. Our tradition lives in villages

We should have a single number to communicate with system like 911, where we call for any query relating to environment complaints like traffic complaints, women security ,police help means for anything for which we don't know where to contact. It could be it cell just like "just dial", What one need to do call on that number ,they will forward your call to related department.

Suggestion for Digital India: In present scenario there should be a Call Center for Public Grievance like private companies or for mobile companies, there should unique complaint no. issued and complaint should be track on this complaint no, I know that there is a system available in Rajasthan for public Grievance on site "http://sugamrpg.raj.nic.in/" but its not effective, there is no meaning to lodge complaint on it, we should make such forum effective and practically, this will save time & money

Tamil Nadu in our district cauvery river is the main source for irrigation. But we lack in improve and maintaining the availableirr facilities. Most of our villages are not ready to receive the water comes from Karnataka by taking steps to fill the irrigation tanks and clear the water ways in time. to create awareness we should make every village to celebrate the day of receiving the water. So more attention will be taken by village authorities to ensure water reached in prompt time.

Now most of the people in india having aadhaar card which is used in various field's to improve the quality of work and to minimize the documents to produce at the time for any kind of work and job. 1. This aadhar card dat can also be added to investigation bureau and other police departments,so that they can use the identity to verify the criminal,it will ease the investigation like foriegn countries have. 2. It will save the time to solve the case and the cost on the particular cases.
