The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

International Relations. Sir yesterday it was in the news that russia is extending her help towards pakistan as India is establishing friendly relations with U.S.A. We know that friendship with USA is in favour of India against China but we cannot ignore our relations withg russia. Pakistan is already Getting help from china and now if Russia also starts helping Pak. then it would not be in favour of India. Therefore sir i request you to also look for India's relatons With Russia.

Dear sir, Today I am very upset because we have listing that gas subsidy again start. but why are you start this service. My suggestion is gas cylinder also available in mrp rate. Please provide to me element of this service.

AND ALSO START A MISSION /ABHIYAAN LIKE SWACHH BHARAT ABHIYAAN (CLEAN INDIA MISSION) LIKE WISE YOU CAN START PAR LAGAO ABHIYAAN (PLANT TREE MISSION) IN THIS ABHIYAAN ALL THE CITIZEN OF INDIA HAVE TO PLANT 3 TREES IN 1 MONTH. SO THAT ALL THE PEOPLE OF INDIA CAN GET FRESH AIR AND GET RAIN TIME TO TIME FROM NATURE.AND WE CAN SAVE OUR ENVIROMENT FROM BEING DISTROYED.

I LIKE TO GIVE MY SUGGESTION, SIR/MADAM,BY PUTTING BIG UNDERGROUND PIPE-LINES WHICH WILL BE CONNECTED FROM RIVERS OF ALL STATES TO ALL THE DISTRICTS AND VILLAGES OF THE COUNTRY.AND ALSO LUNCH A PROGRAMME OF RAIN WATER HARVESTING IN ALL THE DISTRICTS & VILLAGES OF THE COUNTRY.IF THE RAIN WATER HARVESTING IS CARRIED OUT BY ALL THE HOUSES OF INDIA,THERE WILL BE VERY MUCH LESS WATER PROBLEM IN INDIA. AND THUS WE CAN HELP OUR FARMERS IN THE TIME OF DRY SEASON AND THEY CAN CARRY ON THEIR NORMAL LIFE

Digital India. its will be great . but we also need some Online panel to file a complaint and also solution of complaints too. I got a call about scam i m given email to crime branch cyber cell delhi and mumbai but its more then 5 days but there is not any a reply. Before implement anything We must consider about its security also> please find some way to people get solution of There complaints about their problem and Scam or fraud these days happening

good morning sir.i would like to say that the progress in bihar is only around patna in area like health ,energy,airport,education,infrastructure but u can observe in mithila region like darbhanga,samastipur saharsa there is no internatonal airport,metro train,energy,medical aims,education,infrastructure.so please sir make darbhanga a smart city so have all above facility .like wise in up purvanchal have no any good access,in orissa western orissa have no access.i think in all state have this

dear modi sir i want to bring your attention on the drastic conditions of "switzerland of india " ; Jammu and Kashmir. sir this state has the ability to attract more tourists than any other state; but it is very frustating that this state is now become a " TERRORIST ATTRACTION" due to the expansion of "well trained IM terrorists" and regular terrific activities of local terrorists. along with this , "nature" is also rolling to ruin it. so, dear sir , what is your future plan for this state?

Idea for chemistry background people, our taste buds work with some chemical reaction , if we reverse the process. We can make bad taste food like amla taste good and good taste food like pizza pasta taste bad. It would be as simple as putting a drop of the solution on tongue.
