The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Is there any good grievance cell link that allow me to register a complaint against Dwarka Indane Gas Agency for miss behaving with their consumer? I am fed up about their irregular responses on time deliveries or emergency delivery of domestic cylinders. If we warn them to register a complaint against them than they simple reply go ahead and register it because of they know no body will listen to us. At that point I felt so embarrassment cause of IOL has not provide any good grievance cell yet.

from attending Madrsa. This will make education more interesting and school bag free. Most importantly it will save paper. We could involve Corporate giants as Social responsibility.

We should start digital schools in tribal areas in association with Corporate giants. This will increase interest of tribal children in modern education. This will directly connect these ignored one to the world. Otherwise they will have to wait for years. This will bring them in to main stream before they have grown up and we could prevent them becoming naxalite or involving themselves in anti national activities. Even we could extent this in minority dominant areas which will prevent them

What is the future of govt school and medical facility. Is Govt think in past for the policy of "Compulsory Education and Medical Facility for All Citizens". If yes then why the Trust added school runs, charging fee from parent as per their own. No Terms (standard) define for them. One more important point that where the total collection of fee deposit, out of India. Yes then it will down our rupee value and govt need to rethink on it. Also think for medical benefit to everyone free of cost
