The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

SIR ......... humre saher allahabad aaj bhi gariwo ki surchha ram bharo se hai sari subhidha kewal aur kewal VIP aur NETWO ko milati hai garib to office ke chakkar hi katataa hai .. udhahard ke liye police NO.1 par hai....agar aap VIP hai to police steson jane jarurat nahi hai ....aur madham parivar se hai to ap ka pais aur Ijat dono jaye gi aur garib hoto app himata bhi nahi kar sakte ap ko apna faisal khuda karana padta hai ....AUR SIR ..APRADHA KI DUNIYA MAIN SAMIL HO JATE

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय , अब हम इसके द्वितीय अध्याय में इस बिदु पर चर्चा करेंगे जिसमे इस स्वचालित प्रणाली से आम जनता को कैसे जोड़ा जाए तथा कैसे किसी पीड़ित को समाधान के स्तर तक लाया जाए ।

From any bank a|c debit should be after 1 hour of sms to a/c holder if not Receved any objection to stop froud banking .(maximum bank transaction can be controlled )

hello modi ji, mai rural area se belong karta hu, ek baat aap tak phuchana chahta hu, mai chahta hu ki india ki passport seva ko digital bnaya jaaye. rural area ke aadhe se bhi jyada youths without birth certificate hai, aur wo passport ke liye apply bhi ni kar sakte , they have skills,talent but its hidden,i request you to re-establish passport applying schemes.

sir agar hum power ki baat kare to humare railwai steson ki chhat ho skti hai sury ki rosani se jo unki chhate kayi sou miter main hoti hai inpe solar painl lagne se itni bijali milegi ki khud railway steson aur agal bagal ke kuchh mohhalo mai..jagmag ho jayega bas SIR humare UP main koyi bhi projecet kamisan khori ke bhet chad jat hai

Similarly for the F.Y. 2013-14 despite Rs. 11506 being deducted towards TDS, Form26AS reflects wrong figures. This is sheer harassment at the hands of BABUS at the office of MCD, SOUTH of the honest tax payer who are at the mercy of the inefficient BABUS.

DRUGS.. In many places if they din get cocaine & some others... they will addict to WHITENERS which will be heated & smelled to get NASHA......... in many stationary stores, they will sell 5-6 bundles(60-100 whiteners) daily(in taluk levels store!!!)...

Feasibility Analysis - Can we create a crowdsourced database of publicly available data on major conflicts (including riots) in the world and make it available for research so that research organisations can make predictive analysis models identifying potential conflict areas?

This issue pertains to tax deducted by MCD in Delhi and not credited to Income Tax Department causing unnecessary harassment to the honest Tax payer. This issue pertains to my spouse working in MCD of Delhi whose Tax of Rs.12749 for the F.Y. 2010-11 was deducted by the Department but not credited to IT Deptt leading to non-reflection of the same in the Form26AS. Despite repeated requests nothing has been done so far. Despite being an honest citizen she was being slapped demand notice of 18410
