The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

I suggest you to bring Voluntary disclosure of income scheme (to unerth the black money with in India). We have patience to wait for you to get money from abroad, but in India lot of black money is created (eg Real estate etc). Amnesty schemes which encourage to disclose black money to a large extent will bring back black money into main stream economy and will help fiscical deficit of nation there by promoting investment and growth leading to job creation.

Sir I wants to say that we all make urinal and toilet on highways. My openion that our petroleum ministry give a licence to the petrol pump with this kind of full facilities with mini hotels. This is the best way to clean india on the highways.because everybody wants this facilities on highways.

For open Source code the best way is to use freewares with some precaution to avoid phishing attacks. Also develop all your apps & make its source code online to let the people customize it.

सर जी क्लीन इंडिया लोगों को हाथ में झारू लेने से नहीं होगा इसके लिए एक कारगर और अस्थायी योजना बनानी होगी जो घर से लेकर सरक एवं नालों का नियमित सफाई कर सके साथ ही नियमों को ना मानने वालों पर कुछ ना कुछ दंड का प्रावधान करना होगा केवल स्वच्छ भारत का नारा भारत तो क्या दिल्ली को भी साफ नहीं कर पायेगा पुरी दुनिया इसे कभी ना कभी सरकारी मजाक ही मानेगा अतह एक नागरिक के नाते अपिल है कि सरकार अपने को मजाक बनने के स्थित में ना लावे

there are lot of open source projects already so, before requesting for open source. you can make your own flavor out of it so it will be less difficult and for that you need less help comapred to starting from scrach. and please bring all the project in a single roof so that all the ppl who are intrested in testing code, devloping code or documenting code all can work under single roof and every volunteer can have easy understanding on what they are doing

Modi ji, recently i saw that govt has started destroying slums, rcent case is in delhi..this is good thing that in clean inida drive we should remove this culture BUT before doing this cant we provide new homes to these people at outskirt of city or anywhere with basic requirements. And we can do so by creating a commety out of these ppl and provide a small land and money also make sure developement of housing starts at time and afte thatthese ppl will take care the progress of work at the site

The Drug Menace in India can only be controlled with due execution of our laws against it that only remain in the constitution most of the times, speedy trials and harsh punishment to the drug suppliers in our country.
